Delete Account

You can request deletion of your Mammy account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to info@mammy.health from the email address linked to your account, or include your registered phone number in the message. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize:
- Your account details (name, email, phone number)
- Your profile and profile photo
- Lesson quiz responses and health check answers
- Community posts, comments, and reactions linked to your account
What May Be Retained
We may keep limited records where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. These are kept only as long as necessary.
Processing Time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email once complete.
Before You Delete
Account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to your lessons, progress, and community activity.
